Describe the colour blue, what is it? How would you explain what the colour blue means to you? How do you feel about it? Does it represent sadness or is it the colour of calm? Do you think of it as being the ocean or being the sky? maybe it only represents what it is. A colour. Nothing more nothing less. But as you think about it as a colour somebody else might think of it as someone. It could be an association.
Many different words mean many different things to other people. I recently read Lock And Key by Sarah Dessen and there was an interesting thing that happened. The main character, Ruby was given a word to describe. She had to ask different people what the word family meant to them. And it gave me an inspiration to do the same. Because I too am curious, what will those around me identify family as? Because for me family is my friends and those I let get to know me.
Over the span of maybe a month (I’ll update it if less) I’ll be asking the following questions.
What is family?
What is more important, money or love?
What is the definition love?
What is your biggest fear?
After receiving answers for the questions I’ll be writing about my findings. About how things differed and how there were similar connections within each answer.
Now one might ask, What is my definition of love? Well….
Love? Love is the centre of which gravity surrounds. It is the core foundation of life. What would life even be without love? Loving music, Loving craft, Loving this blog, Loving. Love love love. Love is compromise.
